Processing Times

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-5 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary by final destination but usually deliver within 7-12 days after your order is placed. Delivery time includes us receiving your order, fulfillment, and shipping to your final destination. Delivery times  are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. You will see the estimated delivery times at checkout.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly during checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Order Changes or Cancellations

Unfortunately, orders cannot be modified or cancelled after they have been submitted but may be returned within 30 days. Contact us after you receive your items to request a return.
