Processing Times: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping Rates: Currently, orders delivering within the US ship free. We do not ship to Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Palau, or the Pacific Islands.

Estimated Delivery Times: Delivery times vary by final destination but usually deliver in the US within 4-7 days after your order is placed.

Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Custom & Duties(International Orders): At this time, Surfbender only ships within the United States. Look for future updates when we expand our markets.

Shipping Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly during checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Shipping Delays: While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or carrier issues may occasionally cause delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you encounter any issues with your delivery, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

Order Changes or Cancellations: Unfortunately, orders cannot be modified or cancelled after they have been submitted but may be returned within 30 days after you receive your items by sending a request to info@surfbender.com
